Jet Li: Transformation from martial arts superstar to bad movie

1. The movie "Mulan" is really disappointing. Its representation of Chinese culture is only superficial, and it does not truly convey Hua Mulan's spiritual transformation and feelings for her country. Although it has a star-studded cast, the plot is rushed and the twists are abrupt. This huge piece of shit is so full of contrived and unnatural elements that, like the finishing touch, even a phoenix flying out can't save the movie.

2. "Fuji Detective" gathers many stars, makes jokes frequently, and also has Jet Li and Wen Zhang joining the cast. Everything seems great, but in fact it is a huge disappointment. Although it was shot in Hong Kong, it doesn't have the atmosphere of a Hong Kong movie at all. There are many stars in the cast, but they only highlight Liu Shishi's dullness and Chen Yanxi's weakness. However, the foot-scratching scene really made me laugh.

3. "The Legend of White Snake" tells the story of Fahai of Jinshan Temple who tried his best to eliminate the demon and tried to prevent the love between Bai Snake Susu and Xu Xian. In the end, the two fought and the White Snake was imprisoned in the temple. Fahai's apprentice couldn't help but be demonized, and fell in love with Green Snake, and eventually the two were separated. The story is a tragedy, but the special effects are so poorly done.

4. "The Mummy 3" stars Michelle Yeoh and Jet Li. This Sino-US co-production is full of special effects but lacks content, making it a typical bad movie. Why is the third part so surreal, that the emperor can change in many ways, but does not end his pursuit of immortality? Why would he leave behind a dagger that could kill him? This film continues the comedy of the first two films, but it always feels a bit awkward.

5. "The King of Kung Fu" is a Chinese and foreign star who accompanies a foreign young man to travel through time and space. He learns Chinese kung fu in a short time, searches for gods, travels around the world, and returns to the real world to teach bad students who bully him. It is indeed in line with foreign standards. A plot that appeals to the audience.

The cast includes Jet Li, Jackie Chan, Liu Yifei, and Li Bingbing. When it was originally viewed as a commercial blockbuster, now combined with some gossip news, it seems to have some ulterior motives. Two stars for the outstanding Chinese actors and extras.

6. "Legend of the Gods" After watching "The Legend of the Gods", someone recommended me to watch this movie to see how bad it was compared to "The Legend of the Gods". I found that it was really shocking. This movie looks so-so. Although it is packed with stars, the acting and plot are really mediocre. I think it is a waste of time. The level of this bad movie is beyond my imagination, it's just outrageous.

The six bad movies Jet Li starred in, especially the last one, are still unforgivable.
